FAQs

Local to Irvine? You're welcome to drop them off directly at our studio — Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM. Not local? No worries at all! After booking you'll receive a detailed email with everything you need to know about shipping your flowers safely so they arrive fresh and ready for preservation.

The sooner the better! We recommend getting them to us within 2–5 days after your event. We do accept flowers up to 7 days post-event, but fresher always means better results — so don't wait too long!

Keep them in water as much as possible, away from direct sunlight and heat. If they start to droop, trim the stems and change the water daily. We also recommend skipping the bouquet toss to keep those fragile blooms intact!

After booking you'll receive our full shipping guide with box size recommendations, packing tips, and everything in between. We also recommend usingPirate Shipto estimate your shipping cost before sending — they offer discounted shipping rates that save you both time and money. Just enter your zip code and ours (92620) atpirateship.comto get a quick estimate.

It depends on your bouquet and how much of it you'd like preserved! Here's a quick guide:

  • 16x20 — best for full/large bouquets
  • 11x14 — great for medium bouquets
  • 8x10 — cute smaller option that fits just a few florals
  • 8x8 — perfect for boutonnieres or as a gift

Still not sure? Reach out and we'll help you choose!

The full preservation process takes anywhere from 20–32 weeks. We're a small team and preservation is a detailed, multi-step process — we never rush it. Quality always comes first. If anything ever shifts with your timeline, you'll hear from us!
