At California Preserved Flowers, each preserved floral piece is handcrafted with care and customized to your order. Because our keepsakes are made-to-order and highly personalized, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damages or Issues
If your keepsake arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to review the issue and provide a solution.
